gaming 2018

And here's the big one. Walmart is the largest retailer in America, the largest retailer in the world, and reliably one of the largest loci of all things Black Friday. You can get essentially anything here that you can possibly imagine, but we're here to talk about gaming, where Walmart is often an excellent place to get discounts along with discounts on everything else under the sun. Let's take a look at Walmart's gaming deals for Black Friday 2018, with discounts on Xbox One X, Nintendo Switch, PS4 Pro and more.

We'll start with the world of Xbox. The major deal on the Xbox One X is pretty straightforward: you can get $100 off of the console itself, taking the base price down to $399.99. This is basically the same thing we saw with the recent Red Dead Redemption 2 bundles. All other Xbox One X bundles are $70 off, so that might represent slightly better savings depending on the full price of the game you're bundling it with. New games like Fallout 76 will represent better savings, things like PUBG will represent worse savings.

The situation is similar with Xbox One S. The Xbox One S Minecraft Creator's bundle is $199.99, and all other bundles are $229.99. This is a solid price and one I expect to see more or less replicated at other retailers.

Moving on to PS4. The highlight here is the $199 1 tb PS4 bundle with Spider-Man, which came out earlier this fall to widespread critical and commercial success. This one is sort of a no-brainer: you get a cheap, excellent console and a game with broad mainstream appeal. There are no PS4 Pro bundles listed in this ad.

The world of Nintendo Switch is similarly simple. We've got a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle for $299.99, which is about a $60 savings from buying the two individually. Which definitely counts here: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is one game no Switch owner should go without, and you need to buy a game for this thing anyways. Grab some extra Joy-Cons and make it a four-player affair.

The 2DS is on its way out, but it's still a great little machine. Here we've got a Super situs judi online Mario Maker Deluxe bundle for $79.99.

And lastly, we've got games. There are a ton, ton of games on discount, so check out the full ad to see what you might want. But highlights include Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Destiny 2: Forsaken for $35, God of War and Far Cry 5 for $25, Monster Hunter: World for $17 and the original Red Dead Redemption for $12. If you've never played that last one, don't miss it: it's better than its prequel.

Nothing all that flashy, but 2018 is a great time to pick up some gaming hardware. Hard to go wrong, really.
