This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the GameZone mobile application ("App", "we", "our", "us") handles information. GameZone is designed as a lightweight offline mini game collection with minimal data collection. By using the App you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
## 1. Summary (Plain Language)
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not collect personally identifiable information ("PII") such as your name, email, phone number, or precise location through the App.
- Game progress (e.g., scores, local settings) is stored locally on your device and may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset.
- We do not show ads and do not use third‑party advertising SDKs.
- We collect only minimal technical data when strictly necessary for stability or if provided automatically by the operating system (e.g., crash logs).
## 2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not knowingly collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers
- Account credentials
- Contact lists
- Precise GPS location
- Payment / financial information
- Biometric identifiers
- Personal health information

We do not combine any of the above with external identifiers to profile or track you.
## 4. No Third-Party Advertising or Tracking SDKs
The App does not embed advertising networks, behavioral trackers, analytics overlays, or social media pixels. If a future version introduces optional analytics (e.g., anonymous usage patterns), we will update this Policy and, where required, request consent.
## 5. Device Permissions
The current version of the App does not request sensitive device permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, precise location). If new features require such access, a clear in‑context permission dialog will appear, and those features will remain optional where feasible.
## 6. Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for a general audience and does not encourage the submission of personal data. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us (see Section 13) and we will take appropriate action.
## 7. Offline Operation
Most functionality works entirely offline. Any leaderboard or cloud-related features (if added later) will be clearly identified, and any data transmitted will be limited to what is necessary to provide that function.
## 8. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures consistent with a lightweight offline game. Because we currently store gameplay data only on-device, protecting your device (OS updates, passcode) is important. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 9. Data Retention
Local data (scores, settings) persists until you clear App data or uninstall. Crash logs handled via Apple’s system frameworks follow Apple’s retention policies. If in the future we introduce optional server features, retention periods will be disclosed then.
## 10. International Users
If you access the App from outside your home jurisdiction, local device storage may still reside physically in your country. We currently do not transfer personal data internationally because we do not collect it.
## 11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect functional, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be highlighted in release notes or an in‑app notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
## 12. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data directly, typical data subject rights (access, deletion, correction) generally do not apply. If you believe we hold personal information about you, contact us and we will investigate and respond consistent with applicable law.

The App presently does not contain outbound web links. If future updates include external resources, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.
## 15. California / GDPR Disclosures (If Applicable in Future)
At present, we do not meet collection thresholds triggering detailed disclosure obligations under CCPA/CPRA or GDPR because we do not process identifiable personal data. Should this change, we will publish an expanded section detailing lawful bases, user rights, and opt-out/consent mechanisms.
## 16. Effective Scope
This Policy covers only the GameZone App distributed through official app stores. It does not cover unofficial builds, forks, or external websites.
