Payment Information: All financial transactions and subscription payments are handled directly and securely by the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or financial account details.
2. Face Data and Image Processing
In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines regarding facial data:
Data Collected: When you use image enhancement or effect features, you may upload photos containing facial features. We process facial landmarks, contours, and head orientation strictly necessary to generate your requested output.
Purpose of Processing: Face data is used exclusively to apply digital effects, filters, or AI-generated transformations requested by the user.
No Biometric Identification or Tracking: We do not use facial data to uniquely identify individual users, verify identity, train generalized recognition systems, or build advertising/tracking profiles.
Sharing and Disclosure: Face data is transmitted via secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) solely to dedicated cloud-processing servers to render the requested image effect. Face data is never sold, leased, or shared with unauthorized third parties or advertisers.
Storage and Retention: Uploaded images and any extracted facial landmark data are processed ephemerally and automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the image output is generated. We do not store persistent databases of your photos or facial data.
3. How We Use Your Information
To operate, maintain, and deliver all core features of the application.
To process your AI prompts and visual transformations.
To authenticate subscription access and grant access to premium features.
To respond to technical support inquiries and feature requests.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original purchase price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your auto-renewable subscriptions at any time via your device's App Store Account Settings.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain general user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services described in this policy. You have the right to request the deletion of any stored data associated with your use of the app at any time by contacting us directly.
