This Privacy Policy explains how SavyChamp ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of our mobile applications and games (collectively, the "Games" or "Apps").
Your privacy is important to us. Our Games are designed to store gameplay data locally on your device. To support our portfolio, improve performance, and manage in-app purchases, we partner with trusted third-party service providers.
Key Privacy Highlights:
Local Storage: Your game progress is stored on your device, not our servers.
No Data Linking: We strictly separate our tools. We do not link your advertising data (AdMob) with your analytics data (Firebase).
User Control: You can manage your privacy preferences at any time directly in the applicable Game's Settings.
We categorize data into two types: data stored on your device, and data collected by our third-party partners.
A. Game Data (Stored locally) Your game progress (such as completed levels, current state, virtual items, and scores) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not access, transmit, or store this data on our servers.
B. Information Collected by Service Providers To function, the SDKs integrated into our Games collect data automatically. This data is managed by the providers according to their own privacy policies. Depending on the specific Game, we utilize the following services:
Google AdMob (Advertising): Collects Mobile Advertising IDs (Android ID/IDFA), approximate location (IP-based), and ad performance data.
Firebase Analytics (Usage Data):
If Consent is Given: Collects app usage events, screen views, and device IDs to help us understand user behavior across our Games.
If Consent is Declined (Consent Mode): Analytics runs in a limited, privacy-preserving mode. It collects aggregate, anonymous data (without persistent identifiers) to help us ensure the Games are working, without tracking your specific habits.
Firebase Remote Config (App Functionality):
Always Active: This service is essential for our Games' functionality (e.g., enabling seasonal events, pushing live updates, or adjusting game difficulty). It collects ephemeral data (like IP address) strictly to fetch configuration settings. This service cannot be disabled as the Games rely on it to load correctly.
RevenueCat (In-App Purchases): Collects Purchase History (transaction date, item ID) and anonymous app user IDs to validate receipts across our portfolio.
Transactions in our Games are processed directly by the Google Play Store (or applicable app store). We do not store or have access to your credit card or financial details.
A. Non-Consumable Items (e.g., "Remove Ads", "Full Game Unlock")
Refundable: If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund via the Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase.
Restorable: This purchase is tied to your Google/App Store account and can be restored if you reinstall the Game or switch devices.
B. Consumable Items (e.g., Gems, Coins, Hints, Power-ups)
Non-Refundable: Consumable items are "used up" once they are added to your game account. All sales of Consumable items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Not Restorable: Consumable items are saved to your local device state. If you uninstall the Game without backing up your data, these items may be lost.
We provide a dedicated "Privacy Settings" button inside each Game's Settings menu for all users to manage their data preferences.
A. European Economic Area (EEA) & UK (GDPR)
Consent Mode: We rely on the Google UMP SDK. If you decline consent, we respect your choice by running our tools in "Consent Mode" (restricted data processing).
Changing Consent: You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the Game's Settings > Privacy Settings.
B. United States (State Privacy Laws) Residents of regulated US states (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) have specific rights regarding the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising via the Game's Settings > Privacy Settings.
C. Rest of the World (Global Users)
Personalization Control: You can choose to opt out of personalized ads in the Game's Settings > Privacy Settings.
Device-Level Control: You can also reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (e.g., Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).
We do not sell your personal information directly. We share data with our service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase, RevenueCat) strictly for the purposes of serving ads, analyzing game performance, and processing in-app purchases.
AdMob & Firebase Separation: We explicitly configure our systems not to link AdMob data with Firebase. This ensures your advertising profile remains separate from your in-app behavioral profile across all our titles.
Our Games are generally not directed at children under the age of 13 unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular title. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Our service providers operate globally. Information may be stored on servers in the United States or other regions. They use legally approved mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect this data during transfer.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Games, our business portfolio, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Effective Date."
Governing Law: This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or your use of our Games, you agree to first contact us at contact@savychamp.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Jurisdiction: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India. You hereby waive any objection to this jurisdiction and venue.
