This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Dungeon Descent ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

The App saves your game progress — such as your hero, dungeon floor, gold, achievements, and settings — locally on your device only. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete this locally stored data.
Dungeon Descent is designed to run fully offline. The App does not require an internet connection to play and does not transmit any data over the internet.
The App contains no advertisements and does not use any third-party advertising networks or ad SDKs.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or data-collection services.
The App contains no in-app purchases. All content is available for free.
The App is suitable for general audiences, including children. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy by collecting no data at all.
Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of being intercepted or breached on our end. Any game-progress data remains solely on your own device.
