Your privacy is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how AI Gaming Room Designer (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data. This policy is designed in strict compliance with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i) to ensure maximum transparency regarding how your data interacts with third-party AI services.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. What Data the App Collects and How It Is Collected
To provide its core AI interior design generation functionality, the App collects the following limited data:
- User-Provided Text Prompts: The App collects the text descriptions you type into the prompt field when requesting a gaming room design. This is collected directly from your manual input within the App interface.
- Image Selections (Optional): If you choose to save a generated image to your device, the App will request permission to save the photo to your local Photo Library.
What We Do NOT Collect:
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect your name, email address, physical address, precise location data, device identifiers (IDFA), or browsing history.
2. All Uses of the Collected Data
The text prompts you provide are used for one single, explicit purpose: to generate the requested AI gaming room images.
We do not use your text prompts for marketing, tracking, user profiling, advertising, or any other secondary purposes.
3. Third-Party AI Services & Data Transmission (Who the Data is Sent To)
Because the App utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models that cannot be run locally on a mobile device, your text prompts must be processed externally.
Who your data is sent to:
When you tap the "Generate" button, your text prompt is transmitted via secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to the following specific third-party AI service providers:
1. OpenAI, LLC (OpenAI): Your text prompt is first securely transmitted to OpenAI's API. OpenAI processes the prompt to enhance and format your description into an optimized architectural design prompt.
2. Replicate, Inc. (Replicate): The enhanced text prompt is then securely transmitted to Replicate's API (specifically utilizing image generation models created by Black Forest Labs) to generate the final visual image.
What specific data is sent:
Only the text prompt itself is transmitted. We do not transmit your device ID, IP address, or any personally identifiable information (PII) to OpenAI or Replicate.
4. Third-Party Data Protection & Equal Protection Assurance
We confirm that both OpenAI and Replicate provide the same or equal privacy protection as stated in this Privacy Policy.
- No Model Training: Under our specific API developer agreements with OpenAI and Replicate, the text prompts transmitted through their enterprise APIs are strictly prohibited from being used to train their underlying AI models.
- Data Retention Policies: Both OpenAI and Replicate retain API request data for a maximum of 30 days strictly for abuse and security monitoring, after which the data is permanently deleted from their servers.

5. User Permission Before Sending Data
The App will not transmit your personal data (text prompts) to OpenAI or Replicate without your explicit, prior consent.
Before you can generate your first image, the App presents a mandatory, in-app "AI Consent Notice". This notice clearly identifies that your text prompts will be shared with OpenAI and Replicate. You must actively tap an "I Agree" button to grant permission before any data transmission occurs. If you decline, your data will not be sent, and the generation feature will remain inactive.
6. Device Permissions (Photos)
The App may request access to your device's Photo Library.
- Usage: This permission is strictly used to allow you to save the AI-generated gaming room images directly to your device.
- Protection: The App only writes the specific image you choose to save. It does not read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos or videos.
7. Data Storage and Security
- Generated Images: Generated images are temporarily hosted securely by Replicate so they can be downloaded to your device. The App then saves them locally to your device's storage (within the App's sandbox environment). We do not store your generated images on our own servers.
- In-App Purchases: Subscriptions and credit purchases are handled securely by Apple via RevenueCat. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card or financial information.
8. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
