We recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy (Policy) applies to your use of the Application with package (com.devayulabs.gamepanel) provided by devayu labs.

A. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Personal Information:

We may only collect your personally identifiable information (PII) if you choose to email us with feedback or a bug report. In such cases, the only PII we may receive includes your name, email address, and survey response.

Personal Information is information that identifies you or another person, which may be transmitted to received when you use an Application, the Services and/or the site.

It includes your names, physical Addresses, email Addresses,  telephone,  fax,  SSN,  information stored within your Device and other information you transmit or receive using an Application , the Service and or the Sites which identifies you or another person.

2. Non-Personal Information:
   We may collect Non-personal identification information about installed applications, applications usage information and device information.

The information you give us, for example, when you give us your opinion to our application and services via our email address, and names.

C. DEVICE PERMISSION FOR PERSONAL DATA ACCESS

LOCATION PERMISSIONS may be used by third-party SDK for analytics and to show personalized ads

Other permissions requested by our App (com.devayulabs.gamepanel)

• Overlay Permission - Display GamePanel on your Device Screen, This is core permission for the App, after granting this permission you will able to use Game panel as Overlay.

• Modify System Settings Permission - adjust screen brightness using slider and also set brightness lock/unlock mode when your enable game mode feature from App.

• Do Not Disturb Permission - turn off/on DND from game panel.

• Notification Permission - requested in Android 13 and above version , when foreground service is started.

• Notification Listener Permission - read notifications and display in-app notification and also save notification 

• Record Audio Permission - record mic audio for screen-recorder and listen to the device audio for sound viz feature.

• Read Phone State Permission - count no. of missed call for Touch Lock feature only.

• Write Storage Permission - save recording  videos and screenshots to device storage.

• Read Storage Permission - read the saved record video and screenshots from the device storage.

• (when app uses Read Storage Permission, it only access & read videos and screenshot files which are created by App (app.gamepanel)).

• VPNService Permission  - 

1.  Net Optimizer (feature of Game Panel) uses a VPN Service to only setup a local VPN Interface to change the DNS server address.

2. Net Blocker (feature of Game Panel) uses a VPN Service to create internet firewall access to the selected apps only.

• Note: When you use Net Optimizer, your Device Network traffic will not be sent to a remote VPN Server.

• Location Permission - read Radio Signals of SimCard and WLAN(WiFi).

Android 13 Permissions

• READ MEDIA IMAGES Permission - Allows an application to read image files from device storage.

• READ MEDIA VIDEO Permission - Allows an application to read video files from device storage.

 (we do not collect, transfer or store file in our server , all recording videos and screenshots are remain in your device).

• Access Background Location Permission (optional) - This permission is used to provide certain network information such as SSID and BSSID, on the Game Panel Overlay since Android 11 and higher. Granting this permission allows users to view the network information in the notification tray without opening the Application.

(Please note that granting this permission is optional, and it is only used for the sole purpose of providing this specific feature.)

D. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

1. Personal Information

We assure you that this information will be used solely to contact you and improve our services. We will never use your personally identifiable information (PII) for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for commercial gain.

2. Non-Personal Information

We may use Non-Personal Information only for serving you better as below:-

a). To personalize user experience.

b). To help develop our service - We may use Non-Personal Information to provide ,maintain, improve and develop our services.

c). We may collect your non-personal Information and use them for market and promotion purpose, for example, we may promote or recommend more relevant apps for you.

d) Fraud Prevention - We may collect your non-personal Information and use them to prevent any invalid activity in app.

E. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED

1. Personal Information

We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.

2. Non-Personal Information

We don't sell, trade, or share your information with others. Also, we don't mix general info with personal details (like connecting your name with your unique device number).

3. Others

We may disclose your Non-Personal Information for promotion purpose to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws.

F. USERS WITH WHOM YOU SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We can't control what other users do with the information you share. We also can't control what information you share with others through the app, services, or sites, like in Community forums. We're not responsible if someone finds a way around our security measures.
