About Me
I am Gal Neria, an MIT Sloan Postdoctoral Associate and MIT-Kalaniyot Postdoctoral Fellow.
My research primarily explores the integration of operations research and machine learning, with a focus on real-time optimization of dynamic stochastic combinatorial systems.
I completed my PhD in the Industrial Engineering department at Tel Aviv University, advised by Professor Michal Tzur (2020-2025). I previously completed my M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with Summa Cum Laude honors at Tel Aviv University (2017-2019). My thesis explored the Dynamic and Stochastic Humanitarian Pickup and Distribution Problem (guided by Professor Michal Tzur).
