The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

Malware Protection: The App is regularly scanned for malware or malicious code, ensuring that the App remains safe for users. We advise users to download the App from trusted sources like the Google Play Store.

By installing or using the " Gallery - Photo Gallery" app, you agree to use it exclusively for personal, non-commercial photo viewing, gallery management, and related VPS-based hosting purposes. All features—including gallery layouts, photo storage options, VPS integration tools, UI elements, and underlying source code—are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit any part of the app or its content without explicit permission.

This app is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties regarding performance, compatibility, data security, image quality, or VPS connectivity. The developer is not responsible for photo loss, unauthorized access, synchronization errors, or any device-specific technical issues.
