The Gallery's roots can be traced back to the winter of 1969, at which time the Art Department founded the Artists in Residence program. This program invited the best of Northern California's artists to work directly with students and generated the momentum needed to establish an official exhibition space on campus. As part of the Shima Center dedication in 1975, the SJDC Fine Arts Gallery was founded to promote professional and contemporary art. This original gallery functioned successfully through 1987 offering exhibitions and continued residency programming. In 1988 the space was unfortunately reconditioned for non-arts usage. A lack of financial support kept the Gallery closed through 1997. Quality arts programming re-emerged in the late 90's with the strengthening of the Fine Arts Division, and a regard for student and community exhibition needs. The Gallery was remodeled and permanently re-opened in the fall of 2000 as a professional art gallery. The Gallery supports the arts advocacy efforts of the Stockton Arts Commission, the California Arts Council, and the Stockton Unified School District Arts in Education program.

The museum's Early Years Gallery conveys the magic and wonder of the formative days of military air power. The gallery's aircraft collection, exhibits and artifacts combine to capture the spirit of imagination of that transformational era, chronicling the time from the Wright brothers and their contemporaries, through World War I and to the lead up to World War II. Wonderful little get-away from the hustle and bustle of life. The grounds are just as beautiful as the artwork. Everything has Ted DeGraiza's touch-he artfully built his studio, gallery, and gardens as carefully as he constructed his art. Wonderful guest gallery where you can purchase art from local artists as well as a gift shop. Modest entrance fee of $8 for adults. And the cactus landscape that surrounds the gallery is beautiful.

Lovely gallery setting of DeGrazias artistic works! Small, but fabulous presentation! This Arizona Treasure is a must-see for all! And the Staff is always to answer your questions...and the grounds are very rustic, but most attractive! Worth the drive, in the North Tucson area!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

The 4,500-square-foot gallery is now open at the National Museum of American History. Exhibitions in the Latino Gallery will present bilingual stories for multigenerational and cross-cultural audiences featuring multimedia, physical objects, and first-person voices.

You can explore the virtual exhibition in three ways, by taking a 360 virtual tour of the gallery, exploring an interactive map of the gallery, and by exploring some of the key themes in Presente!

Each data field appears in a separate control within the Gallery control. And you can configure those controls in its template. The template appears as the first item inside the gallery:

AllItemsCount - Count of items that are loaded in the gallery. This may be less than the actual number of Items of the data source. More items may be loaded when the gallery is scrolled.

Screen readers will announce when items in the gallery change. The AccessibleLabel is also mentioned. This gives context to the announcement and is even more important when there are multiple galleries on the same screen.

If clicking anywhere in a gallery item is meant to select it, there must also be way for keyboard users to select the gallery item. For example, adding a Button that has its OnSelect property set to Select(Parent). e24fc04721
