Short Bio
I received the B.Sc. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Thessaly and the M.Sc. degree in Science and Technology of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution in 2014 and 2016, respectively.
I have been a researcher with the Industrial Systems Institute, Athena Research and Innovation Center from 2014 to 2016 studying Carrier Aggregation for 5G networks. In 2017 I joined Trinity College Dublin as a PhD researcher to study optimization techniques for Machine Learning and Data Analytics services, in Edge Computing systems. My research topics of interest are wireless communications, applied optimization theory, edge computing, Internet of Things, machine learning and data analytics applications.
After graduating from Trinity College in 2021, I joined GENESYS as part of their Data Science team, that aims to optimize customer experience and contact center performance, using machine learning.
