Acceptance of Terms:

By enrolling in any course offered by Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Course Offerings:

Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy offers courses in Sound Engineering, Sound Design for Films & Games, Music Production, Singing (Western and Hindustani Classical), and Instruments (Guitar and Piano). All courses are conducted online during evening slots.

Enrollment:

a. To enroll in a course, applicants must complete the online registration process.

b. 10% Payment of the course fees is required to confirm enrollment.

Payment Terms:

a. Payment plans may be available, and participants must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.

b. We usually offer 2 Instalments for our major courses which should be paid upto completion of 50% part of the syllabus coverage. 

Refund Policy - Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy (Online Education)

Refund Eligibility:

a. Refunds are applicable only if a written refund request is submitted within the first two weeks of the course start date.

b. No refunds will be processed after the second week of the course has commenced.

Course Cancellation:

a. If Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy cancels a course for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.

b. The Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

Withdrawal by Participant:

a. Participants who choose to withdraw from a course must submit a written request for withdrawal.

b. Refund amounts, if approved, will be determined based on the date of withdrawal.

Refund Process:

a. Refund requests must be submitted via email to gainstageteam@gmail.com.

b. The refund process may take up to 1 month from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Fees:

a. Application fees, registration fees, and any other administrative fees are non-refundable.

b. The cost of any course materials already provided to the participant is non-refundable.

Force Majeure:

Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy is not responsible for refunds in the case of events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Transfer of Enrollment:

Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course instead of seeking a refund, subject to availability and approval by Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy.

Policy Changes:

Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants.

Attendance and Participation:

a. Regular attendance is essential for successful course completion.

b. Active participation in online sessions, assignments, and projects is encouraged.

Course Materials:

a. All course materials provided by Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy are for personal use only.

b. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct:

a. Participants must adhere to a respectful and inclusive online environment.

b. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights for course content and materials belong to Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy.

b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use course content for commercial purposes without written consent.

Technical Requirements:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to participate in online courses.

Privacy Policy:

Gainstage Music & Sound Design Academy respects the privacy of its participants and complies with relevant data protection laws. Personal information will only be used for course-related communication and will not be shared with third parties.
