I am a business law scholar serving as a Wagner Fellow at NYU School of Law and the NYU Pollack Center for Law & Business. My research in recent years has focused on venture capital and startup finance.
My scholarship has appeared, or is forthcoming, in the Yale Journal on Regulation, University of Illinois Law Review, the Arizona State Law Journal, the BYU Law Review, and the American Business Law Journal, and has been featured in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, the Columbia Law School Blue Sky Blog, the Oxford Business Law Blog, and other outlets.
Before entering academia, I practiced as an emerging companies and venture capital attorney, advising tech startups, venture capital investors, and the innovation arms of multinational corporations. I have also served as an in-house startup mentor in several tech accelerators.
