This combined Terms of Service and Privacy Policy explains the terms and conditions for using our services and how we collect, store, share, and use your data, all by the applicable laws of the countries where we do business.
This document applies to our websites, mobile applications, marketing and advertising activities, and other services we may provide from time to time (collectively referred to as "Services"). You agree to abide by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by downloading, accessing, or using GaConDev Services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GaConDev. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services and at least 16 in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements. If ATP becomes aware that an underage user is using the Services without appropriate consent, we reserve the right to delete the account and all related information.

Information provided via customer support: Your username, email address, Game ID, team/club name, device brand and model, advertising ID, and transaction records.
Information provided when using the Games: Such as your chosen username, feedback, and ratings.

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically
We automatically collect data about your usage of the Services, including:
Log Information: Device type, features accessed, usage times, and location based on your IP address.
Device Information: Device model, operating system, language, and time zone.
Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers like IDFA, Google Ads ID, and Google Play Account ID.
Usage Information: Game progress, scores, achievements, and player interactions.
Consumption Information: In-game purchases made with virtual or real currency.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
If you log in using a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Apple Game Center, Google Sign-In), we collect information such as your profile details, screen name, and friends list. This is done by the platform’s privacy policy and your consent.

ATP does not sell your data. However, we may share information with partners to improve our services and user experience and to serve personalized ads with your consent.
The Services may offer social sharing features (e.g., Facebook “Like” or “Share” buttons), enabling you to share in-game actions with friends or the public. You must comply with the age limits set by the platform and manage your privacy settings on the respective platform.

We take data security seriously and employ commercially reasonable measures, such as encryption and secure servers, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All payments are non-refundable, and ATP is not required to compensate for unused virtual goods if your account is closed.
