Light up the night and get the party started with Gacha Club! Dress up your character with an assortment of amazing outfits, shirts, dresses, accessories, and spruce up your look with the latest hairstyles to make you stand out of the crowd!
Start with picking the right outfit for your character and begin establishing your epic party place. Spruce up your club members’ threads, and add pets and gadgets to your posse to further gain more popularity from thousands of other clubs.
Ultimately, your goal is to have the best club party around! What’s more, Gacha Club can be played on Android, iOS, and PC which means you can keep the party going whether you’re at home or on the go!
Players are tasked to create the best club party in town. This means creating and customizing their own characters to make them as stylish and eye-catching as possible. After dressing up characters, players start with seven club members that each have particular abilities, skills, and strengths. They can be arranged in different formations, depending on the players’ preferences.
After aligning them in a preferred order, players can then go to Battle and choose between three modes—Main Story, Elemental Towers, Shadows of Corruption, and Training Mode. Going for the Main Story sends the players into different Clubs which they need to defeat in order to unlock more characters, power-ups, and level-up materials.
Conversely, players can also opt to visit the Studio Mode where they can hang out with their club members. They can change the background and foreground of the studio, add objects and pets, or arrange where the club members are placed in order to create wonderful scenes! Players can also add narrations to each scene, making unique mini-stories and dialogues.
As mentioned earlier, you have to start with seven club members that could beat the other clubs in the Main Story. Each club member has different stats and abilities. These abilities are mixed between attacks that hit single or multiple enemies, to healing skills that replenish the club members’ HP. Undergoing Training Mode will help players become more familiar with their club members’ skills and strengths, and refine their member placement strategies.
Leveling up club members is essential since players will face more difficult opponents at the higher levels. Luckily, every wave of victory rewards players with various materials that can be used to level up members or have their skills enhanced. Competing in battles and progressing in the Main Story gives players a chance to grab super rare DJ characters to add to their squads!
With over 90 extra characters to unlock, players will have a lot of time to mix and match club members. This also gives players a chance to try out different types of character combination that creates the best play style and strategy in Story Mode and Club Battles.
Gacha Club offers robust character customization that lets players create the most accurate character likeness to their own. That ranges from the hair, eye, and skin color, height, head and body size, and even the orientation of their head and shadow. Players can also choose from over 600 poses for their character to give them even more personality!
The number of available apparel is also something to behold. Every piece of clothing and accessory ranges from normal to extraordinary—it is up to players how to dress up their characters! They can even add pets to their ensemble. After choosing outfits, players can go to Studio Mode where they can choose from a variety of backgrounds and add their club members to create cool scenes to be shared with other players.
Over 150 units and 120 Pets can be unlocked by playing the Usagi vs Neko and Mascot Whack mini-games which reward players with free gems and bytes. These are what’s needed to unlock the extra units and pets in the game.
Moreover, farming for gems and bytes can be done offline—this means players can rack up gems and bytes to gain more characters and items. So if you want to save up for a rare character, you might want to play a lot of mini-games!
Gacha Club lets players choose between four different Battle Modes—Main Story, Elemental Towers, Shadows of Corruption, and Training. Each mode offers players different challenges.
The Main Story gives players two waves of monsters to defeat, and doing so moves the story forward. Elemental Towers and Shadows of Corruption pit players against special monsters and enemies that deal more damage and are harder to take down, but rewards rare materials and collectibles once defeated.
Lastly, Training lets players practice their club member compositions, determine what each of their club members’ skills are. Furthermore, this mode helps hone skills and synergy to quickly dispatch opponents.
Gacha Club grants tons of character creation and customization options for players. Changing the hair, eye, and skin color are easy to do, as well as tweaking the body size of the player's character. From here, players have access to a wide assortment of clothes and hairstyles that come in all shapes and colors they can dress their character with, on top of the 600 available poses to let their character's personality shine.
Club Members are an essential feature in Gacha Club—they help players tackle the Main Story and dispatch opposing Clubs in Battle Mode. There are over 200 club members that can be collected, and each of them has different offensive and defensive skills that can be used to wipe out monsters and enemy parties. This includes single or multiple enemy damage, or support skills that heal missing HP and MP, and other buffs. Furthermore, each unlocked club member can be leveled up to increase their power and help their Party defeat enemies.
Gems are needed to unlock some of the rarer club members, and apart from Battle Mode, players can get the necessary gems and bytes by playing some of the mini-games. This includes Usagi vs. Neko and Mascot Whack!
Gems and bytes are used for the Gacha mode where a slew of rare club members and other prizes can be won. Moreover, these mini-games are readily available and can be played offline as long as you have the gems and bytes to play.
Once you’ve obtained the club members you want and decked your character with stylish outfits, you can proceed to Studio Mode. This mode lets you place up to ten club members and your character in a photoshoot.
On Studio Mode, players can change the background, foreground, as well as add, remove, and arrange pets objects that are in the scene. You can also make your club members and pets talk to one another by placing chat balloons. With the addition of a narrator, you can create stories with your beloved party.
One way of getting the most out of Gacha Club is to win in various Battle Modes, particularly in the Main Story. Doing so gives players the chance to unlock more club members that they can use when battling other players.
That said, it is essential to choose the best club member composition for your party in order to make the most out of your battles in the Main Story, Elemental Towers, Shadows of Corruption, and when duking it out with other players’ party.
During the early stages of the Main Story, players are given seven random club members who possess various skills and abilities. For instance, some club members have single-target damage skills, while others have multi-target damage. Meanwhile, some club members have support abilities such as healing, MP regain, and even defensive buffs for the whole party once their skills are activated.
This is why it is best to get accustomed to your club members' skills and determine whether you'd want to continue leveling up particular club members more than others since you need to balance your materials and resources when trying to increase their potency during battles. One tip worth considering during the early levels is to level up club members who have multiple-target damage abilities first. This way, you can clear enemy waves in the Main Story faster and easier.
Depending on your playstyle, you can either invest in leveling up club members who can heal or buff your party or if you feel like going on an all-out offensive, you can focus on placing club members with high damage stats.
Keep in mind, however, that there are some tradeoffs when opting for a more offensive or defensive party compared with a balanced lineup. Most club members who have high offensive stats usually have low defense which means that if their initial flurry cannot beat the enemy, they could be beaten by the opponent in the long run.
Given that Gacha Club has a lot of club members waiting to be unlocked, it is best for players to use their gems and bytes to unlock them as often as they could. Usually, clearing Main Story levels rewards players with coins and other materials. But in later stages, choosing the right club member for your party is crucial since other members are stronger than the original seven club members you have.
This is why investing your time in the Gacha and Mini-Games tabs is a good way to increase the number of club members you can choose from. The Gacha tab gives players the chance to acquire some random club members. This includes super rare characters that can significantly help your party when you start taking on the Elemental Towers, Shadows of Corruption, and other players’ party members.
Meanwhile, playing Mini-Games rewards you with gems and bytes that you can use to unlock other club members, some of which are exclusive to the Mini-Games tab that you can acquire in the Exchange Shop. On top of that, the Mini-Games are fun to complete and have much variety.
For instance, Lemo & Yuni Dance is a rhythm mini-game, while Mascot Whack is a time-based game where you need to bonk the mascot on the head, similar to whack-a-mole. Another is Usagi vs. Neko, a shooter game that lets you gun down Lado as much as you can before she whittles down your life. Lastly, Memory Match is a memory mini-game that tests your recall abilities.
These are a welcome respite to the Main Story and other Battle modes since they provide different game modes that are quite enjoyable. Moreover, they reward players with gems that can be used in the Gacha tab which further increases their chances of pulling better items and club members.

To date, club members are affiliated with the following type: Water, Wind, Fire, Light, Dark, Corrupted, DJ, and Shadow. When you start battling in the Elemental Tower, your party’s elemental composition will determine how far you’ll go. Some elements are stronger and weaker than others, and it is up to the player to figure out which club members he or she would choose to place in their party.
That said, it is also wise to keep most if not all of your club members on the same level. This way, you have a more balanced party that can deal with any opponent when venturing out on Battle Mode. Once you’ve determined which type you want to focus on, then you can start leveling up particular club members so that their damage output would increase.
Pets are powerful allies that players can equip to their characters. In turn, any pets that are equipped will boost your party’s stats, helping you clear out monsters in the Main Story and other Battle Modes.
Pets can be acquired in the Gacha tab and would appear as random drops in the other Battle Modes. Moreover, pets can also be used in Studio Mode—they can be included with the other club members you currently have so that you can create amazing scenes with your party and your pet.
