Gabriel Siegel
I am a doctoral candidate in the philosophy-neuroscience-psychology program at Washington University in St. Louis. I received my MA in philosophy from Tufts University.
I work in the philosophy of mind, cognitive science, and philosophy of science.
My research is focused on perceptual consciousness and explanatory practices in psychology and neuroscience. I am currently writing a dissertation on vestibular perception. My dissertation committee is composed of Casey O'Callaghan (chair), Carl F. Craver, Jake Quilty-Dunn (Rutgers) and Frédérique de Vignemont (Jean Nicod).
I am also a member of Richard Abrams's Attention and Performance Lab.
