In August 2024, I started my position as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the department of Human Development and Family Science at Auburn University. Yay tigers!
Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Medical Social Sciences at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. I received my PhD in Psychological & Brain Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis in August 2022.
My work examines macro- and micro-level changes in sense of purpose across the lifespan and their implications for cognitive health and well-being. I'm also interested in measurement and the connection between daily life and long-term development.
In my free time, I love to go to concerts, read books (the fiction ones), pet dogs (the fluffy ones), and spend time with the people I care about (particularly the dog owning ones).
