Exploring the Interplay Between Immune Dysfunction and Neurodegenerative Diseases
My research is centered on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD). I am dedicated to unraveling the complex relationship between immune cell dysfunction and the onset and progression of ADRD. Specializing in platelet research, I seek to uncover novel biomarkers for AD that would contribute to the development of early, non-invasive detection methods.
