Q: Can go to other IM for PSV Training?
A: Yes, drivers still can get the reimbursement fee as stated in the above table.
Q: What is the reimbursement cost for PSV License?
A: No changes , driver will get RM20 for the PSV License
Q: What is the reimbursement cost for Puspakom?
A: No changes , driver will get RM70 for the Puspakom.
Q: Is the reimbursement applicable for one time only?
A: Yes, all the reimbursement is one time only. Grab do not reimburse for renewal costs
Q: Do I need to submit receipts to Grab?
A: No , driver don't need to submit any receipts to Grab.
Q: How long does it take to get the reimbursement fee?
A: Driver will get around 14 days from the date of activation.
Q: Is this reimbursement applicable only for new sign up?
A: Yes

Effective 1st of April 2023
PSV and Puspakom reimbursement will only be eligible for new drivers that has completed at least more than 30 trips within 30 days of activation.
