Privacy Policy
Effective date: 01 February 2026. Last updated: 16 September 2026.
We, at Sinosystems build free apps supported by advertising. This policy explains how we handle information when you use them, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers every application we publish that links to this page. By using our applications you accept what it describes.
We try to keep this simple. Most of what our apps do happens on your own phone, and we ask for information only when a feature genuinely needs it.
Information collection and use
The work our applications do with your content happens on your device. Documents, photos, videos, recordings, scans and anything else an application opens, creates, recovers or saves stay in your phone's storage. We do not upload them, and we cannot see them.
Some features do need a little information to work, and only then:
If you sign in, the provider you choose gives us your name, email address and an account identifier, never your password. This lets your purchases and rewards follow you to a new phone.
If you take part in a rewards or invitation programme, we keep the code we issued you, the invitations you sent, the installations that followed and the rewards you unlocked.
If you write to us, we keep your message so we can answer it.
If you allow notifications, your phone gives us a token so messages can reach you.
Our applications also use services made by other companies, which may collect information they use to identify a device. We use them for app distribution and purchases, advertising, statistics, crash reporting, sign-in, notifications and protection against abuse. Each one has its own privacy policy, and they are worth a read:
Google Play services and Google Play
Google AdMob
Google Firebase
Meta.
OneSignal
AppLovin
Not every application uses every one of these, and we update this list when we add or drop a service.
We never ask you for card details, and we never sell your personal information.
Log data
When something goes wrong, our applications and the services above may record technical details: the device's IP address, device model, operating system version, application version and settings, the time of use, and what the error was. We use this to work out what broke and to fix it.
Cookies
Our applications do not use cookies themselves. Services made by other companies may use cookies or similar identifiers inside our applications, as their own policies describe.
Permissions your phone asks about
Android asks for your permission before an application may use files and media, the camera, the microphone, location, activity sensors, notifications or connection settings. You can say no, and you can take a permission back later in your phone's settings. Refusing only switches off the feature that needs it, and the rest of the application keeps working.
Advertising
Advertising pays for applications we give away. Ads are either personalised, which uses the advertising identifier your phone provides and the profile the ad network holds against it, or non-personalised, which goes by context and rough signals such as country.
You are in charge of that choice. In the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland a consent form appears before you see any advertising, and it names the partners that rely on your consent; you can open it again from the application's settings whenever you like. Anywhere in the world you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your phone's settings, and Google explains how at support.google.com/googleplay/answer. Buying a subscription, or earning ad-free time in a rewards programme, removes advertising. We never give advertising partners your name, email address or account identifier.
Accounts, rewards and purchases
Signing in is optional, and most features work without it. When you do sign in, your entitlements and rewards belong to your account rather than to a single phone.
Rewards programmes need one safeguard: to stop the same person collecting a reward over and over, we keep values worked out from device and network identifiers that cannot be turned back into the originals. They exist only for that check and never go to advertisers.
Purchases go through the app store, which sells, bills and refunds. Your payment details never reach us. We learn only whether a purchase is active, which product it is and when it renews. Cancelling is done in the store, and deleting your account leaves a subscription running.
Location information
Where an application offers a nearby or trending feature, it may ask for your approximate location. This is always optional.
Your phone turns the position into a low-precision area code before anything leaves it. We do not store precise coordinates, we do not follow your movements, and we do not pass location to advertising partners. The area statistics are deleted after 30 days, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in your phone's settings.
Content from other sources
Some features show photos and videos from stock libraries such as Pexels. That content belongs to the people who made it and comes with its own licence.
Security
We take care of what you trust us with. Information is encrypted while it travels between our applications and the services we use, and it sits inside those services under rules that let only our own applications reach it. Every request carries a proof that it came from our software rather than from somebody pretending to be it. No system is perfectly safe, so we cannot promise absolute security.
If information ever leaks in a way that puts your rights at risk, we tell the relevant authority within 72 hours where the law requires it, and we tell you quickly when the risk to you is high.
How long we keep information
We keep information only while it does the job we collected it for, or while the law says we must.
Account, programme records, rewards and entitlements: until you delete your account, or after [Confirm: e.g. 24 months] without use.
Fraud prevention records: 180 days.
Location areas: 30 days.
Analytics, crash and performance data: whatever the services keep by default, usually up to 14 months.
Your messages to us: up to 24 months after we close the request.
Statistics that identify nobody can stay. When a period runs out, we delete the information or strip out anything that points back to a person.
Deleting your account, and your choices
You can remove your account whenever you want. Open the application's settings, go to the account section and choose to delete it: your account, codes, programme history and rewards go straight away and you are signed out. If you have already uninstalled the application, write to support@sinosystems.co.uk with the subject "Delete my account" and tell us the email address you signed in with or the code we issued you. We finish verified requests within 30 days.
You can also ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, tell us to stop or limit how we use it, take back consent, or ask for your information in a form you can take elsewhere. It costs nothing and changes nothing about how we treat you. Write to support@sinosystems.co.uk and we answer within 30 days.
If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We rely on your consent for personalised advertising and location, on our agreement with you for accounts, purchases and rewards, and on our own legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working properly. If you live in a United States state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the same rights of access, correction and deletion, and we neither sell nor share personal information.
Our services run worldwide, so information may be handled outside your country, including in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the United Kingdom's addendum to them, an adequacy decision or another lawful route.
Children's privacy
Our applications are meant for people aged 13 and over, or older where your country sets a higher age for digital consent, and they are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect a child's information. If you believe a child has given us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Links to other places
Our applications sometimes link to websites and stores we do not run. We cannot answer for what those sites do with your information, so it is worth reading their policies too.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our applications or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and when a change affects you we tell you inside the application first.
