This Privacy Policy explains how G2memo ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. G2memo is a memory game for Android. We built this policy to be clear and specific about what actually happens with your data, not just legal boilerplate.
Quick summary: G2memo does not require an account and does not collect any personal information directly. The App displays ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device and advertising identifiers to show and measure ads, including personalized ads. We do not sell your data.
G2memo itself does not ask you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information.
The App stores the following locally on your device only (never sent to us):
Your best score / highest level reached
Your sound on/off preference
This local data stays on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the App.
G2memo uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements. This is how the App generates revenue to remain free to play.
AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect certain information when ads are shown in the App, which can include:
Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
IP address and approximate location
Device information (model, operating system version)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, video completions)
This information is used by Google to show ads, personalize ads based on your interests (unless you opt out), measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.

You can limit or opt out of personalized advertising:
On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
You can also reset your Advertising ID at any time from the same menu
Opting out does not stop ads from appearing — it means the ads you see will no longer be based on your interests.
G2memo is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If G2memo is ever configured to be child-directed, ad requests will be made using Google's child-directed treatment settings, which disable personalized advertising for that traffic, in line with COPPA requirements.
We do not operate our own servers that store personal data collected from the App — the only data handling beyond your device is performed by Google AdMob as described above. Local data (score, preferences) stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security.
We do not retain any personal data on our side, since we do not collect any. Data retention for advertising identifiers collected by AdMob is governed by Google's own retention policies, linked above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features (such as a daily challenge or leaderboard) that require additional data collection. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
