End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "User") and Free Virtual Number ltd ("Developer") and governs your use of the Virtual Number for Telegram mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products you own or control in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Privacy & Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly and monthly plans. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription plan.

Available subscription options may include:

• Weekly subscription plan

• Monthly subscription plan

Prices may vary depending on your region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the next subscription renewal period.Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Turkey.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple shall have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
