Walking as a Participatory Research Tool
Walking as a Participatory Research Tool
Futures Walk is an initiative to collectively imagine cityscapes of the futures. Inspired by Randy Lubin's Walking the Future, Futures Walks merges design based research principles and participatory foresight to activate citizenship and build people-centric imagination banks.
Started by Vidit and Suhani, the initiative currently is based in Bengaluru but plans to expand to multiple other cities across India and later South Asia in the coming years. The intent remains simple, a public owned asset, tool and repository for plural equitable imaginations for futures.
