This Privacy Policy describes how AI Future Baby Face Generator+ ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Photos and Images
We collect photos that you choose to add to the App for processing through our AI features
This includes photos of parents (mother and father), your child, yourself, or other individuals you choose to add
Photos are processed to generate baby predictions, analyze facial resemblance between parents and a child, and create AI-generated pregnancy photos
Photos are only sent for processing after you give permission in the App
1.2 Face Data
We process face data from the photos you add, which includes:
Facial features (facial structure, proportions, face shape)
Resemblance analysis between parents and children (similarity percentages and comparisons)
Feature blending for baby prediction generation
Whether a photo shows a human face, and the apparent gender of the face, used only to check that the photo fits the Mom or Dad slot
Face data is processed using the Google Gemini API
Face data is used solely to provide the AI features you request (baby predictions, pregnancy photos, resemblance comparisons)
Face data is not used for identification, authentication, tracking, advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the requested service
1.3 Device and Subscription Data
To manage subscriptions, the App creates a random app user ID that is stored on your device and shared with our subscription provider, RevenueCat
RevenueCat also receives basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools
1.4 Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store
We do not have access to your payment details
We receive information about your subscription status and purchase history from Apple and RevenueCat
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
2.1 Photo and Face Data Processing
After you give permission, photos you add are sent securely to the Google Gemini API through AIProxy, a secure relay service, for processing
Photos and face data are used solely to generate the predictions, analyses, and results you request
We do not use your photos or face data for any other purpose
Face data is not used for identification, tracking, advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose other than providing the AI features you request
2.2 App Functionality
We use your information to provide and maintain the App's features
Subscription information is used to manage your access to premium features
2.3 Local Storage
Generated results (including baby predictions, resemblance percentages, and pregnancy photos) and the photos you used are stored locally in the App's storage on your device
This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
3.1 Google Gemini API
We use Google's Gemini API to process your photos and generate AI results
When you add photos, they are sent to Google's servers through AIProxy for processing
Google processes the photos to generate the requested results. Google may keep this data for a limited period to detect abuse, as described in Google's Gemini API terms
Under Google's terms for paid Gemini API use, Google does not use this data to train or improve its AI models

3.2 AIProxy
We use AIProxy as a secure relay between the App and the Google Gemini API, so that our API keys are protected
Your photos pass through AIProxy only to reach Google Gemini and return your results

3.3 RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat for subscription management and in-app purchase processing
RevenueCat receives a random app user ID, your subscription status and purchase history, and basic device information

3.4 Apple Services
We use Apple's App Store and StoreKit for subscription management, and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple
We use Apple's system photo picker and camera so you can choose or take photos. The App does not need access to your whole photo library
We ask for permission only to save generated images to your Photos library when you choose to save them
Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
4.1 Photo and Face Data Storage
Photos are sent to Google Gemini (through AIProxy) only to generate your results
We do not store your photos or face data on our servers
Photos and generated results are stored locally in the App's storage on your device
You can delete photos and results at any time through the App's history feature
4.2 Local Data Retention
Retention Period: Photos and results are stored on your device until you delete them through the App's history feature, or until you uninstall the App
Reason for Local Storage: We store your history on your device so you can review and share previous results without generating them again
User Control: You can delete individual history items at any time, which immediately removes them from your device
Automatic Deletion: If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is removed from your device by iOS
4.3 Third-Party Data Retention
Google Gemini: Photos sent to Google Gemini are processed to generate your results. Google may keep them for a limited period to detect abuse, under Google's Gemini API terms, after which they are deleted
AIProxy: Photos pass through AIProxy to reach Google Gemini and are not used for any other purpose
We do not keep copies of your photos, face data, or generated content on our servers
4.4 Data Retention Summary
Our Servers: We do not store photos or face data on our servers
Your Device: Photos and results are stored until you delete them or uninstall the App
Google Gemini: Photos may be kept for a limited period for abuse detection, then deleted
5. DATA SECURITY
5.1 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information
Photos are transmitted securely using encrypted connections (HTTPS)
Data stored on your device is protected by iOS security features
5.2 Limitations
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure
We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
6.1 Permission to Share Photos with AI
The App asks for your permission before any photo is sent to Google Gemini
You can turn off photo sharing at any time in Settings > Share Photos with AI. The App will ask again before sending any new photo
You control which photos you add to the App
You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at info.stilak@gmail.com
6.2 Data Deletion
You can delete individual history items (including photos and results) through the App
You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App
We do not keep copies of your data on our servers, so deletion from your device is permanent
6.3 Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription through your App Store account settings
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
7.1 Children
The App is intended for adults
Adults may add photos of their own children, only to create results they request in the App (for example, the Who Does Baby Look Like feature)
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App or provided us with personal information, please contact us at info.stilak@gmail.com and we will help remove it
7.2 Teen Users
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please review this Privacy Policy with your parent or guardian before using the App
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
8.1 Data Processing Locations
Your photos may be processed by third-party services (Google Gemini and AIProxy) located outside your country of residence
These transfers are necessary to provide our services and are subject to appropriate safeguards
By giving permission in the App, you consent to the transfer of your photos to these locations for processing
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time
We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here and updating the "Last Updated" date
9.2 Continued Use
Your continued use of the App after changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes
If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App
