Since 2020, the sculpture of Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi can be found at the “Science Square”, between the faculties of Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics, at Complutense University of Madrid. The statue was donated by the Embassy of Uzbekistan, and it is a creation of the Uzbek sculptor Zhasvant Annazarov. فرستاده‌شده از دکتر اسکندر یوسف (الکساندرو یُسیف) - ۲۳ تیر ۱۴۰۴ هجری خورشیدی (یا ۲۵۸۴خورشیدی پارسی)

از تاریخ ۲۷ آذر ۱۳۹۹ هجری خورشیدی (یا ۲۵۷۹ خورشیدی پارسی) مجسمهٔ بالاتنهٔ محمد پسر موسی خوارزمی را می‌توانید در «میدانِ دانش»، بینِ دانشکده‌های شیمی، ریاضی و فیزیک، در دانشگاهِ کامْپْلوتِنْسهٔ مادرید (پایتخت اسپانیا) ببینید. این مجسمه از طرف سفارت ازبکستان اهدا شده است و اثرِ مجسمه‌سازِ ازبکی، ژاسْوانْت آنَازارُف است. برای اطلاعات بیشتر پیرامون مراسم رونمایی این مجسمه به پیوند زیر که به زبان اسپانیایی نوشته‌شده‌است سر بزنید.
