The project "House of the Future" was created to promote alternative concepts for the development of the building industry.
The main prerequisites of the project:
We live in the 21st century!
Over the past 2000 years, mankind has made a huge leap in technology development.
The man moved from a wooden cart to the "Tesla" and flew into space.
And now think for a minute what is the house in which you live in the same 21st century. It:
- The wood that was used for their homes at the dawn of civilization.
- Brick was invented somewhere 3000 years before Christ.
- Concrete was invented relatively "recently" somewhere over 1000 years before Christ.
- “The last know-how ”of the building industry is concrete and reinforced concrete based on Portland cement, invented at the beginning of the 19th century.
With the steady growth of the population of our planet, the further use of these materials is fraught with irreparable harm to the environment (to google the technology of production of brick and cement, for the interest).
The main conceptual goals of the project:
Housing is:
1) affordable for the mass consumer;
2) protected from environmental influences;
3) the safest and most comfortable for a person;
4) environmentally friendly as possible.
Suggested implementation methods:
- Mass production of finished housing or its elements in the factory on robotic conveyor lines.
- Application of modern materials, technologies and design solutions.
- Refusal of mass use of traditional building materials such as concrete, brick or wood.
We offer everyone, especially engineers and architects, to take part in this project.
We invite potential investors to participate in the financing of our projects.
