The joint venture partners already have assets under exclusivity in Portsmouth, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham and London totaling over 3,000 beds, and plan to create a portfolio worth circa. 1.5 billion comprising 7,500 to 10,000 beds. The JV will be looking to make acquisitions across major university cities via the forward funding and forward purchase of new schemes both together and with other developers, with a focus on Russell Group universities and London.

Richard Pilkington, Senior Managing Director, Head of European Real Estate said: The PBSA sector has proven robust over the course of the pandemic and with UCAS applications at an all-time high last year, this is only set to grow further as the value of a premium education retains its appeal. However, with increasingly stringent ESG criteria and expectations from students, we believe there is a significant opportunity to bring more high-quality products to an increasingly bifurcated and undersupplied market.

Cain, co-founded and led by Jonathan Goldstein, already has significant expertise in PBSA through its real estate debt team, which has provided close to 200 million for the development of c.1,700 beds in Coventry, Cardiff, and Warwick.

The firm has additional exposure in the residential market with over 8,500 residential units completed or under development across global gateway cities including London, New York, Los Angeles and Miami.

Fusion Summer Kick-Off (FSKO) is the perfect way for YOU to celebrate the start of summer, and what better way to do it than with a HUGE color war with a bunch of your friends? This will be the BEST NIGHT OF YOUR SUMMER! Grab your friends and plan to FILL THE ROOM at FSKO.

We are excited for your student to join us for Fusion Students! Let us know if he or she is coming, and a Student Leadership Team member will contact you with more information about who will welcome your student at Fusion Students.

This team is for high school students only. We meet every Wednesday night before Fusion from 6:00 pm- 6:25 pm. Students who are part of our student leadership team grow in spiritual leadership and targeted spiritual gifts such as hospitality, communication, creativity, or worship.

High school students who are invested in Fusion can join us for ONEMISSION, where they will learn how to put their faith into action. Students who have experienced life change through Jesus will learn how to be living proof of a loving God to a watching world in their city. ONEMISSION is the place for students looking to take their next step in serving, sharing their faith, and learning about the different cultures in our city.

Everyone will travel by shuttle to our serve projects each day. Students will be staying at host homes on Friday and Saturday evening with their assigned ONEMISSION group and an adult leader. That adult leader will drive the students to and from the admin building and the host home in the evenings/ mornings.

Safety is our priority at Fusion. The only adults allowed to attend Fusion are volunteers who have an approved background check. We welcome parents to serve as Fusion volunteers if interested in sharing the Fusion experience with your student. You can sign up to serve here.

For example, in Year 7 we use Tinkercad 3D for some design challenges - design a flashlight for a persona and also design & 3D print a carabiner clip that they attach to a solar torch PCB they make (and so on into Year 8 where we focus on robotics).

Are there any, in particular, you want to start with, ill need to pull them out one by one as they are embedded in Google Drive, Google Classroom etc..? I have a long-term plan to write them all up, so this is a good spur to action!

Yes, I am a school educator who incorporates Fusion 360 into my secondary and post-secondary courses. I believe that Fusion 360 is an invaluable tool for students, as it allows them to develop their design and engineering skills in a practical and engaging way. I am excited to join the official Autodesk forum for educators like myself to share the success stories and experiences we have had using Fusion 360 in the School classroom. It's a wonderful platform to connect with fellow school educators, exchange ideas, and explore innovative ways to enhance the learning experience for our students.

Thanks for reaching out. I have used fusion 360 (and tinkercad) as a brief introduction to 3d design at secondary school. Due to some problems with installation, registration and updating I am switching to onshape next year just to test it out (even if I like fusion 360 better).

I would really like to have a stripped down version of fusion 360 for that age and a registration management like thinkercad. The program is heavy to download so an easy web version would maybe be a solution that could work out.

I do not need to see the students work and versions as a build in feature as a teacher as we use google classroom for assignmens. (I do not need two places to check the work of the students). I just need something that works on "old" laptops and that is easy to open/sign in to.

Running Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) will help alleviate the lab update issue that Kevin mentioned. Sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with).

@edcharlwood that's an amazing list of resources! You should consider creating some entries for our PBL contest to help other teachers and a chance to win over $40k in prizes to help move PBL forward in the classroom.

I had a look at your plan, looks amazing, you have done SO MUCH WORK on it!! You get through so much in a year by the looks. I too have done the cardboard servo walking thing, with micro-bit, also the bridge (spaghetti and $2 construction pack in NZ).

In our personalized space, our teachers act as personal mentors to help students better understand life in the U.S and prepare them academically, socially and emotionally for a U.S. college or university experience.

Our desire is to see students become truly transformed followers of Christ. Youth gather Sunday mornings at 11:15 a.m. on the youth level (1st floor of the education wing) for Life Groups. We utilize the Student Life Bible Study Curriculum, a 6-year study plan that walks students through the entire Bible and focuses on eight major doctrines that every student should know when they graduate High School. Students are encouraged to come with their family to the 10am Worship Service prior to Life Groups.

FUSION (meeting weekly during the school year) meets from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. We begin each month with a student led worship service providing opportunities for youth to encounter God. The last Wednesday of each month is Game Night! This is a fellowship to connect new students to our ministry.

Life group meetings are so important for students in times of isolation and hectic schedules. This has been a powerful ministry as students share their greatest needs and encourage one another. We look into God's Word for real life application and guidance. We also enjoy a breakfast every Sunday! Come join us!

Carolina and Sebastian engaged in research endeavors with Verma that held policy relevance. Their work delved into understanding how researchers and practitioners in the fusion and fission spaces respectively approached community engagement within the realm of technology development. This insightful exploration not only showcased their academic prowess but also highlighted their commitment to bridging the gap between scientific innovation and community involvement.

The Fusion Student Delegation (FuSD) was a new program inspired by the Nuclear Engineering Student Delegation, which had been advocating for nuclear energy for 30 years. The goal of the FuSD was to increase advocacy and visibility for fusion energy in the federal government. As a student delegate, Carolina collaborated with other delegates to write a policy report. She was also in DC where she discussed fusion energy and potential challenges with lawmakers, government officials, and policy experts. 152ee80cbc
