1. Card Usage Terms

• This card grants access to participate and/or volunteer in all events organized by Funtime Interactive.
  
  

• It is not a payment tool, loyalty card, official ID, or credit card.
  
  

• The card is non-transferable and must only be used by the cardholder.
  
  

• Separate registration may still be required for each event.
  
  

• Funtime Interactive reserves the right to suspend or cancel the card at any time.
  
  

2. Personal Data Protection

• Phone number and/or email address are required during registration.
  
  

• This data is stored only for identity verification and event communication.
  
  

• No data will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
  
  

• Cardholders have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data at any time.
  
  

3. Legal Responsibility

• This card holds no monetary or legal value.
  
  

• Funtime Interactive shall not be held liable for any misuse or issues arising from the use of the card.
  
  

• By using this card, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
  
  

4. Cancellation and Invalidity

• Funtime Interactive holds the right to cancel the card at any time.
  
  

• Upon cancellation, all rights and benefits related to the card become void.

1. Nutzungsbedingungen der Karte

• Diese Karte ermöglicht es dir, an allen Veranstaltungen von Funtime Interactive als Teilnehmerin und/oder Freiwilliger teilzunehmen.
  
  

• Diese Karte ist kein Zahlungsmittel, keine Treuekarte, kein amtlicher Ausweis und keine Kreditkarte.
  
  

• Die Karte ist nicht übertragbar und darf nur von der eingetragenen Person verwendet werden.
  
  

• Eine separate Anmeldung zu jeder Veranstaltung kann dennoch erforderlich sein.
  
  

• Funtime Interactive behält sich das Recht vor, die Karte jederzeit zu sperren oder zu stornieren.
  
  

2. Datenschutz

• Für die Registrierung sind eine Telefonnummer und/oder E-Mail-Adresse erforderlich.
  
  

• Die Daten werden ausschließlich zur Identitätsprüfung und zur Kommunikation über Veranstaltungen gespeichert.
  
  

• Ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung werden die Daten nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
  
  

• Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung deiner Daten.
  
  

3. Rechtliche Verantwortung

• Diese Karte besitzt keinen finanziellen oder rechtlichen Wert.
  
  

• Funtime Interactive übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden oder Probleme, die durch Missbrauch entstehen.
  
  

• Durch die Nutzung dieser Karte erklärst du, dass du diese Bedingungen gelesen und akzeptiert hast.
  
  

4. Kündigung und Ungültigkeit

• Funtime Interactive behält sich das Recht vor, die Karte jederzeit zu kündigen.
  
  

• Mit der Kündigung verlieren alle Rechte und Vorteile der Karte ihre Gültigkeit.

1. Kart Kullanım Şartları

• Bu kart, Funtime Interactive tarafından düzenlenen tüm etkinliklerde katılımcı ve/veya gönüllü olarak yer almanıza olanak tanır.
  
  

• Bu kart bir ödeme aracı, sadakat kartı, resmi kimlik veya kredi kartı değildir.
  
  

• Kart devredilemez, sadece sahibi tarafından kullanılabilir.
  
  

• Etkinliklere katılım için yine de ayrı kayıt gerekebilir.
  
  

• Funtime Interactive, kartı herhangi bir zamanda iptal etme veya askıya alma hakkını saklı tutar.
  
  

2. Kişisel Veri Koruma

• Kart oluşturulurken telefon numarası ve/veya e-posta adresi talep edilir.
  
  

• Bu veriler yalnızca kimlik doğrulama ve etkinlik iletişimi amacıyla saklanır.
  
  

• Veriler üçüncü taraflarla açık rıza olmadan paylaşılmaz.
  
  

• Kart sahibi, verilerine erişim, düzeltme veya silme hakkına sahiptir.
  
  

3. Yasal Sorumluluk

• Bu kartın hiçbir maddi veya resmi yasal geçerliliği yoktur.
  
  

• Kartın kötüye kullanımı durumunda doğabilecek sorunlardan Funtime Interactive sorumlu değildir.
  
  

• Kartı kullanarak bu şartları okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.
  
  

4. İptal ve Geçersizlik

• Funtime Interactive, kartınızı gerekçe göstermeksizin iptal etme hakkına sahiptir.
  
  

• İptal sonrası kartla ilgili tüm hak ve avantajlar sona erer.
