Fun Fruits is developed and operated by OxyBytes Studios, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android application Fun Fruits available on Google Play, and to any related support communications.
The game does not require your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
The game does not access your camera, microphone, or files.
From Level 8 onward, non-child sessions may optionally choose a public leaderboard display name; this is not required to play, is not verified, and is visible to other players. Sessions identified as belonging to a child under 13 cannot set a custom display name — an automatically generated name (e.g. "Player38214") is used instead and cannot be changed.
The app requests only the Internet permission, needed to load ads and sync gameplay data.
Your gameplay progress (current level, coins collected) and, if you choose to set one, your public leaderboard display name are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, tied to an anonymous, randomly generated identifier — not to your real identity. This sync is what allows global and weekly leaderboards to work across all players; this data is not limited to your device. Sound settings and other local-only preferences remain on your device and are removed if you uninstall the game.
On first launch, the game asks for your birth year to determine whether your session should be treated as belonging to a child under 13. This is stored only on your device (not sent to our servers) and is used solely to configure the ad and leaderboard-name behavior described in this policy.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, how the game is used — for example, which levels players find too difficult, how long sessions last, and crash reports that help us fix bugs. This may include:
App interactions (screens viewed, gameplay events, button taps)
Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, language, screen size)
An anonymous app-instance identifier and advertising ID (where available)
Approximate location (city-level, derived from IP address)
Crash logs and diagnostics (if the app crashes)
This information is not used to identify you personally. See Google's privacy practices: policies.google.com/privacy · Firebase terms: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The game is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). Ad partners may receive:
Device identifiers and IP-derived approximate location
Information about your interactions with ads (e.g., whether an ad was shown or tapped)
Other data as described in Google's advertising policies
Children and ad personalization: sessions identified (via the birth-year screen described above) as belonging to a child under 13 have all ad requests tagged as child-directed (COPPA "tag for child-directed treatment") with a maximum ad content rating of G, and are never shown behaviourally personalised ads. Sessions not identified as a child's may be shown ads at a higher maximum content rating and, where legally permitted and consented to, may see personalised ads based on interests. Users in the European Economic Area and the UK are shown a consent message (via Google's certified consent management platform) before any ads using personal data are served, regardless of age.

Fun Fruits is designed for a general, all-ages audience that may include children. We do not require any personal information from any user to play. Sessions identified as a child's cannot set a custom leaderboard display name and only ever see non-personalised, G-rated ads. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered personal information anywhere in the game, contact us at oxybytesolutions@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
Where the GDPR applies, we process analytics and advertising data on the basis of your consent (collected through the in-app consent message where required) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving a free game. You may withdraw consent at any time via your device settings or by contacting us.
Local data: uninstall the app to permanently remove all locally stored progress.
Ad personalisation: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID via Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID; ads in Fun Fruits are child-directed and non-personalised in any case.
Access / deletion requests: email oxybytesolutions@gmail.com with your leaderboard display name (if set) or approximate play dates, and we will delete your associated Firestore game-progress/leaderboard record, along with any analytics or advertising data, where technically possible.
EEA/UK (GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by California law.
Locally stored game data: retained until you uninstall the game.
Firebase Analytics data: retained per Google's standard analytics retention (currently up to 14 months), or less where configured.
Crash reports: retained only as long as needed to diagnose and fix issues.
Firestore game-progress and leaderboard data: retained until you request deletion (Section 5), or until the associated identifier is inactive for an extended period, after which it may be periodically purged.

These providers act as data processors under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
All data transmitted by the game (analytics and advertising) is encrypted in transit using TLS. Cloud services used by the game are secured by Google Cloud infrastructure. Because we do not collect personal information, the risk of harm from any exposure is minimal — but we still treat security seriously.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add features (such as optional in-app purchases) or when laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's store listing and, where appropriate, announced within the game.
