With 6+ years of experience in Industrial IoT (IIoT), I currently lead the IIoT Development Team as a Manager at SincoS Automation Technologies Limited, where I’ve previously served as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Throughout my time here, I’ve played a key role in developing the core IIoT platform synCoss and successfully led numerous automation projects in factories, including British American Tobacco, Syngenta, Akij Group, and Unilever Bangladesh Limited.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless automation solutions, combining robust software architecture with practical industrial requirements.
