For the reception I provide a PA system and a wireless microphone for toasts. To add to the excitement during dancing I also provide tasteful dance floor lighting. During the reception I'll announce the bridal party and make any other announcements needed.
I have a different set of speakers for the ceremony so I don't have to move equipment and there isn't a drop in music when guests move from the ceremony to the cocktail hour or reception. For the ceremony I provide a PA system and 2 microphones. One microphone goes on the groom and will pick up both the bride and groom's vows and the other microphone goes on the officiant. I start playing music 30 minutes before the ceremony starts so guests arrive with some background music. Music will continue in the background for cocktail hour.
I can provide accent lighting around the room or to highlight the head table.
I can project a monogram, name, date or text onto a floor or wall.
I can provide a HD projector and 120” screen to display a special slideshow or looping video during your event. I can also assist you in creating the slideshow or video at an additional cost.
Light up your exit with 2 or 4 cold spark fountains. The sparks that come out are not hot to the touch and can be used indoors or outdoors. These make a great accent for a first dance, dance floor buildup, and reception exit.
Capture your guest's real personality and keep them forever with a cinematic video guest book. Instead of signing a paper guestbook that will collect dust and sit in the closet, your guests will record a short message. The final video will be edited and sent to you within 30 days of your event. You will receive a download link of the file and a physical book that will playback the video.
If you decide to book me I have a simple contract to complete and return with a $250 retainer. After the paperwork is done I'll send you a website and login information where you can pick music and we can nail down a timeline for the day. I'm also happy to do a face to face planning meeting. I usually save those for a month or two before the wedding so I can answer any remaining questions.
