Sangram Eservice ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Menu Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

• Personal Data: Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App using Google Sign-In or other authentication methods.

• User-Generated Content: Data related to your restaurant, menu items, categories, prices, and QR codes that you create and save within the App. This data is securely stored on our cloud database (Google Firebase) to provide you with a seamless experience across devices.

• Device Data: Device information such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, operating system, version information, and IP address.

2. Third-Party Services & Analytics

The App does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

3. Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may use advertising IDs from your device and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your interests and previous interactions.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our App offers premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments and subscriptions are securely processed and managed by Google Play Billing. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card details or billing information on our servers. Please refer to Google Play’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your payment data.

5. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your account.

• Store and retrieve your restaurant's digital menu data.

• Process subscription upgrades (via Google Play).

• Deliver targeted advertising (via Google AdMob).

• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.

6. External Links (WhatsApp Integration)

Our App contains features that allow you to redirect to WhatsApp to send pre-formatted order messages. We do not have access to your private WhatsApp chats or contacts. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.

7. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (such as Google Firebase's secure infrastructure) to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

8. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

10. Account and Data Deletion Policy
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our servers.

If you wish to delete your account and all user-generated content (including your menus, categories, and items) stored on our database, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [bsangram20@gmail.com] from the email address associated with your Menu Maker account.

2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

3. In the email, clearly state that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account and securely wipe all your data from our servers (Google Firebase) within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
