1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy
FuJaX ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting user privacy. Uninstaller by FuJaX is designed from the ground up as a 100% on-device, zero-tracker, privacy-first utility for Android. We do not collect, harvest, monetize, sell, or transmit any personal data, device identifiers, or usage logs.
2. No Network Transmission / Zero Remote Servers
- No Remote Data Collection: FuJaX does not operate any backend servers or cloud databases for telemetry.
- No Internet Permission: The application does not declare or utilize the android.permission.INTERNET permission in its manifest for data telemetry.
- All Processing is On-Device: 100% of data calculations (such as storage usage, network consumption statistics, notification counts, and app lock states) are performed in real-time in local device memory and local sandboxed storage.
3. Permissions Requested and On-Device Usage
A. Query All Packages (android.permission.QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES):
- Purpose: Allows FuJaX to inventory installed user applications and system packages on your device.
- Usage: To display your installed apps, package names, version names, installation dates, last update dates, APK file sizes, and launcher capabilities so you can search, filter, lock, and uninstall apps.
- Data Handling: Package metadata is read dynamically via the Android PackageManager API and rendered on your screen. It is never transmitted off your device.
B. Request Delete Packages (android.permission.REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES):
- Purpose: Allows FuJaX to initiate standard Android OS uninstallation intents.
- Usage: When you select "Uninstall", FuJaX invokes the native Android system uninstaller to prompt you for confirmation.
C. Package Usage Access (android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS):
- Purpose: Accesses the Android NetworkStatsManager and UsageStatsManager APIs.
- Usage: To inspect on-device Wi-Fi and Mobile Cellular data consumption (bytes sent and received) over the past 7 to 30 days for each installed application to help users identify high-bandwidth background apps.
- Data Handling: Usage telemetry is computed purely on your local device CPU. No browsing history, URLs, or network traffic contents are inspected or collected.
D. Notification Listener Service (android.permission.BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE):
- Purpose: Connects to Android's NotificationListenerService framework.
- Usage: To count the frequency and volume of incoming notifications posted by installed apps over daily and weekly intervals.
- Privacy Guardrail: FuJaX DOES NOT read, inspect, log, store, or transmit the contents of your notifications, message text, sender details, email contents, notification titles, or sensitive personal information. It strictly increments an integer counter per package name.
E. Access Network State (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE):
- Purpose: Determines the active connectivity type (Wi-Fi vs. Mobile Data) to categorize local data consumption counters.
4. Local Data Storage & Persistence
FuJaX stores minimal application preferences locally on your device using Android's private, sandboxed SQLite / Room Database (fujax_database):
1. App Lock States (protected package names and optional user notes).
2. User Preferences (sort criteria, filter selections, and skip confirmation toggles).
All stored data is isolated within the app's private sandbox and is inaccessible to other apps.
5. Third-Party Services, Analytics & Advertising
- No Analytics SDKs: Zero Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or tracking tools.
- No Advertising SDKs: Zero AdMob, Unity Ads, or tracking networks.
- Voluntary Support / Donation Links: Optional external links (PayPal, Cash App, Zelle) open externally in the user's browser or payment apps. FuJaX does not handle or store financial data.
6. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights
Because all information is stored exclusively on your device, you have complete control over your data at all times.
- How to Erase: Open Android Settings > Apps > Uninstaller by FuJaX > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage.
- Uninstallation: Uninstalling FuJaX automatically purges all locally stored app databases and preferences.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Our application is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children.
8. International Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA regulations, users retain complete real-time access and physical control over their on-device data. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
