Fuel App (“we”, “our service”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can manage your information.
When you sign up or sign in, we may collect and process your email address and a unique user identifier (UID). The app may also use anonymous authentication.
If you choose to provide it, we may collect and store:
name or nickname;
home address;
profile photo.
The app may store your selected language, default fuel type, search radius, favorite stations, theme settings, and other preferences. Some settings may be stored locally on your device, and some may be stored using Firebase services if you are signed in.
If you submit a support request, you may choose to include technical device information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and related diagnostic information.
Fuel App may request access to your device location to show your position on the map, find nearby fuel stations, calculate distance to stations, and support map-related features.
Location access is used only if you grant permission. We do not sell your location data.
If you submit, update, or report fuel prices or station information, we may store the submitted information, station identifier, fuel type, price, update time, and related technical identifiers necessary to maintain the service and prevent abuse.
If you upload a profile photo, the app may access your camera or gallery and store the selected image using Firebase Storage.
Fuel App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, app activity, and diagnostic data. This data may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Fuel App may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send app-related notifications. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
We use data to:
enable sign up and sign in;
save your profile and profile photo;
synchronize your data across devices;
show fuel stations and fuel prices on the map;
find nearby stations and calculate distances;
save preferences such as language, fuel type, radius, theme, and favorites;
process fuel price updates and reports;
improve app performance, reliability, and security;
process support requests;
prevent abuse and misuse;
display ads through Google AdMob.
We use Google Firebase infrastructure, which may include:
Firebase Authentication for sign up and sign in;
Cloud Firestore for storing profile, fuel price, station, and app-related data;
Firebase Storage for profile photos;
Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications.
Some settings may be stored locally on your device.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your data may be processed by third-party service providers that help us provide and maintain the app, including:
Google Firebase;
Google AdMob;
Google Sign-In;
external navigation apps or services when you choose to open a route;
map tile providers used to display the map.
These third-party services process data according to their own privacy policies.

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the app.
You can delete your profile photo in the app.

We plan to add an in-app “Delete account” option in a future version.
We use standard security measures and Firebase capabilities to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Fuel App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be available through the link in the app or on the Google Play store listing.
