ELECTRIC DIATHERMIC FLUID HEATERS

The FTR/OD series electric diathermic fluid heaters are made in the horizontal version and equipped with an atmospheric or pressurized expansion tank.

They usually consist of tube collectors connected to each other, inside which the fluid follows a forced circulation and comes into contact with the electrical resistances that heat it.

They are used in industrial processes where the heating of closed circuits at high temperatures (up to 350 ° C) is required.

The absence of flame allows the heaters to be installed in any work environment (verifying in any case the regulations in force in the place of installation).

The external insulation is provided with mineral wool contained in painted sheet, rectangular in shape and very large, so as to ensure minimal heat dispersion and high thermal efficiency.

The temperature regulation can be managed by a step thermoregulator or by PLC with Touch Screen.

The basic equipment includes all the adjustment, control and safety accessories necessary to operate the appliance in total safety and autonomy.

On request, versions with additional equipment can be provided (double circulation pump, outlet 3-way valve) and special versions with, for example, the storage tank incorporated in the support base and the system loading pump.
