BOILER - CLAVES

The Boiler-Claves series FTR/AGV are autoclaves incorporated in an electric steam boiler, specifically designed for investment casting (lost wax process).

The absence of the burner allows the appliance to be installed in any work environment, without the need for a specific boiler room (however checking the regulations in force in the country of installation).

The particular structure of the appliance allows a very fast passage of the steam from the boiler to the autoclave (3/4 seconds), an essential requirement for removing the wax without damaging the ceramic shells.

The small size (two machines in one), and the high thermal efficiency (autoclave vessel constantly heated by the boiler) make this device very suitable for the type of process it is intended for.

Each appliance is made with modern construction technologies, designed to allow easy use by the operator and features very robust structures that guarantee a very long life.

They are usually made of carbon steel, but on request they can also be supplied in stainless steel.

The door closing system is made with peripheral interlocking rings of the teeth, and mechanical and electronic safety systems are provided to prevent accidental opening of the door under pressure and any operator maneuver errors

The movement of the door can be manual or automatic with control unit and hydraulic cylinders.

The supply also includes external trolleys with sliding platforms for loading the shells into the autoclave.

The management of the work cycles, if required, can be managed by a PLC with Touch Screen with the possibility of downloading data to USB.

Upon request, the boiler water supply tank made of stainless steel can also be supplied.
