[FSX] - LPPT - Lisboa Photo Addon for Portugal Photoreal Update

If you are a fan of flight simulation and want to experience the beauty of Lisbon, Portugal, you might be interested in this new addon for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX). This addon is a photoreal scenery of Lisbon Airport (LPPT), also known as Humberto Delgado Airport, which is the main international gateway to Portugal and one of the busiest airports in Europe. The addon features high-resolution aerial images of the airport and its surroundings, as well as custom-made buildings, landmarks, vegetation, and night lighting. The addon also includes accurate runway and taxiway layouts, parking positions, navaids, and airport services. The addon is compatible with FSX and Prepar3D (P3D), and requires the Portugal Photoreal scenery by Toni Agramont to work properly.

Photoreal scenery of Lisbon Airport (LPPT) and its vicinity, covering an area of about 60 square kilometers.

High-resolution aerial images (0.5-1 meter per pixel) with seasonal variations.

Custom-made 3D buildings, including the airport terminal, control tower, hangars, hotels, and nearby landmarks.

Realistic ground textures and markings, including aprons, taxiways, runways, and signs.

Dynamic night lighting effects, including runway and taxiway lights, approach lights, and building illumination.

Custom-made vegetation and autogen objects, such as trees, bushes, cars, and fences.

Accurate airport data, including runway and taxiway dimensions, elevations, slopes, headings, frequencies, and services.

Fully compatible with FSX and P3D default AI traffic and third-party traffic addons.

How to download and install the addon

To download and install the addon, you need to follow these steps:

Download the addon file from [this link]. The file size is about 300 MB.

Unzip the file to a temporary folder on your computer.

Copy the folder "LPPT_Lisboa_Photo" to your FSX or P3D main folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X or C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4).

Start FSX or P3D and go to the Scenery Library menu. Click on "Add Area" and browse to the folder "LPPT_Lisboa_Photo". Click on "OK" and then on "Yes" to activate the scenery.

Enjoy your flight over Lisbon!
