If you want a rugged, universal spinner that turns heads and handles heavy-duty steering on any vehicle for long distance driving, choose FSTURIOS 8; if you need a specialized, non-slip grip specifically engineered for the Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon to handle tight parking maneuvers with sweaty palms, choose GRFELI Steering Wheel Spinner.
• FSTURIOS 8: Its biggest strength is the robust resin-and-iron construction paired with a classic billiard ball design that fits almost any wheel up to 1.5 inches thick; its trade-off is that it lacks a textured grip, relying on smooth surfaces that might slip in high-stress situations. This pick is for drivers of trucks, SUVs, or older vehicles who want a durable, one-size-fits-all solution.
• GRFELI Steering Wheel Spinner: Its biggest strength is the carbon fiber texture designed to prevent slipping during intense use and its specific optimization for 2023–2025 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon models; its trade-off is its extreme lack of versatility since it will not fit anything outside those two specific truck lines. This pick is exclusively for owners of those newer GM trucks who struggle with U-turns or parallel parking.
The FSTURIOS 8 Ball Steering Wheel Knob Spinner is built for the driver who values mechanical durability and universal adaptability above all else. Constructed from high-strength resin and iron, this unit is designed to withstand impact without breaking or deforming over time. The surface is smooth and abrasion-resistant, meaning it can be used for long periods without developing scratches or wear. For someone spending hours behind the wheel on long-distance trips, this material choice suggests a tool that won't degrade quickly under constant friction and handling.
Its primary function is to provide extra maneuvering force, which greatly improves steering efficiency in scenarios requiring frequent turns. The design minimizes the burden on your wrist and arm, bringing a more comfortable driving experience by reducing the physical effort needed to rotate the wheel. Because it works with steering wheels up to 1.5 inches thick, it fits a massive range of vehicles including cars, SUVs, pickups, tractors, forklifts, and golf carts. If you own a vehicle with a standard-sized wheel, this knob mounts quickly and securely using sturdy clamps and screws without needing special tools.
However, this product is not for everyone. The glossy, smooth finish of the black 8-ball design looks stylish and adds a unique personality to the interior, but that same smoothness might be a liability if you have sweaty hands or are navigating a sharp turn at speed where traction is critical. It is an ideal choice for drivers who appreciate racing elements and want a piece of equipment that blends well with various car interiors while offering a secure fit that resists loosening. If you drive a 2024 Chevy Colorado and need maximum grip for tight spaces, this might not be the most ergonomic option compared to a textured alternative.

The GRFELI Steering Wheel Spinner is a highly specialized tool designed for a very specific demographic: owners of the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Unlike universal knobs, this device is crafted to integrate seamlessly with the specific dimensions and steering dynamics of these trucks. The core of its value lies in its material composition. It features a durable ABS shell combined with soft silicone and an internal metal bearing that allows for smooth, 360-degree rotation. This combination is engineered to reduce steering resistance significantly, making it easier to execute U-turns, sharp turns, and parallel parking in tight spaces with just one hand.
What sets this spinner apart for daily driving is its anti-slip surface. Designed with a distinct carbon fiber texture, the knob prevents your hand from slipping, ensuring a secure grip even during long, high-speed drives when palms may become sweaty. For a driver tackling long distance driving in these specific trucks, this tactile feedback is crucial. You don't have to worry about your hand sliding off the knob mid-turn, which provides a sense of control and safety that a smooth surface cannot offer. The installation process is equally straightforward, allowing you to attach it securely to the rim of your steering wheel in seconds without extra tools. Once mounted, it remains firmly in place, ensuring it won't loosen or shift during use.
This product is strictly for those who drive the compatible GM trucks. It offers no benefit to owners of other vehicles because the fitment is exclusive. If you do not own a 2023-2025 Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon, this item is useless to you. However, for the intended user, it solves a specific problem: the difficulty of turning large truck wheels in confined areas. The focus here is entirely on ease of control and grip security rather than aesthetic flair or universal compatibility. If you are tired of wrestling with your steering wheel during tight maneuvers, this spinner is designed to make that task effortless.
• Best for Universal Fitment → FSTURIOS 8: If you drive a tractor, forklift, or a vehicle with a non-standard wheel size, this is the only viable option as it accommodates wheels up to 1.5 inches thick.
• Best for Grip Security → GRFELI Steering Wheel Spinner: The carbon fiber texture makes it superior for preventing slips during high-speed driving or when your hands are sweaty.
• Best for Long-Term Durability → FSTURIOS 8: The high-strength resin and iron construction offers excellent impact resistance and is less prone to deformation than the plastic-heavy GRFELI.
• Best for Specific Truck Models → GRFELI Steering Wheel Spinner: Only choose this if you own a 2023-2025 Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon; it is optimized for these exact frames.
• Best for Aesthetic Appeal → FSTURIOS 8: The classic black 8 billiard ball design adds a unique visual personality and glossy finish that appeals to drivers who like racing elements.
• Best for One-Handed Maneuvers → GRFELI Steering Wheel Spinner: The internal metal bearing and smooth rotation are specifically highlighted to help with U-turns and parallel parking in tight spaces.
• Best for Versatility → FSTURIOS 8: It works across cars, SUVs, pickups, and commercial vehicles, whereas the GRFELI is locked to a single manufacturer's recent truck lineup.
• Best for Comfort on Long Drives → FSTURIOS 8: While both reduce effort, the FSTURIOS emphasizes minimizing the burden on the wrist and arm through its leverage and smooth operation.
For the vast majority of buyers looking for a reliable steering aid, I would choose the FSTURIOS 8. Its construction from iron and resin offers a level of durability that feels substantial, and the universal fitment means it actually solves the problem for almost anyone, regardless of their vehicle type. The ability to install it on anything from a forklift to a pickup truck makes it a versatile tool for the road. While the GRFELI has a nice textured grip, its restriction to only two specific truck models limits its usefulness significantly. Unless you absolutely drive a 2024 Chevy Colorado and feel the need for that specific carbon fiber texture, the FSTURIOS 8 provides better overall value and functionality for long distance driving.
Always measure your wheel before purchasing to ensure proper fitment.
No, this product is explicitly designed for the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon models. It is not listed as compatible with earlier years.
The FSTURIOS 8 features a smooth, glossy surface which enhances visual appeal but may offer less grip than a textured knob. If you prefer a non-slip surface for high-speed or sweaty-hand driving, the GRFELI's carbon fiber texture is the safer choice.
Both products are designed for easy installation without special tools. The FSTURIOS 8 uses sturdy clamps and screws for a tight fit, while the GRFELI attaches securely to the rim in seconds. Both resist loosening once installed.
