Welcome to Fiscal Explorer. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MDY ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Fiscal Explorer mobile application ("App") and its subscription services.
By downloading, installing, or using Fiscal Explorer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Subscription period: 12 months
- Free trial period: 7 days
- Billing: Through Apple App Store
- Auto-renewal: Enabled by default

- Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before current period ends
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited upon purchase
- You must be 13 years or older to use the App
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us of any unauthorized account use
- One trial period per user
- Account sharing is prohibited
- Resale of access is prohibited
- Commercial use without authorization is prohibited
- Personal research and analysis
- Educational purposes
- Professional reference
- Reverse engineering the App
- Attempting to access underlying data without authorization
- Sharing access credentials
- Automated data scraping
- Using the App for illegal purposes
- Interfering with App security features
- We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Subscription data is handled as detailed in our Subscription Privacy Policy
- We use data analytics to improve the App
- You retain rights to your user-generated content
- You grant us license to use your feedback
- We may remove inappropriate content
- The App and its content are owned by MDY
- Third-party content is owned by respective parties
- You receive a limited license to use the App
- No copying or distribution of App content
- No modification of the App
- No removal of copyright notices
- No use of our trademarks without permission
- The App is provided "as is"
- No guarantee of continuous availability
- Financial data accuracy is not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for investment decisions
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
- No liability for data loss
- Force majeure events excluded
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled by Apple
- Data retention after cancellation follows our Privacy Policy
- We may terminate for Terms violations
