Siza Developers ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Fruit Slice mobile application (the "Game"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user information.
Fruit Slice is a fully offline game.
No Personal Data Collection: The Game does not require, request, collect, or store any personal information (such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or age).
No Device Identifiers: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
No In-Game Tracking: We do not track your gameplay activities, preferences, or device metrics.
No Account Creation: You do not need to create an account or log in to play the Game.
The Game uses standard device capabilities solely to execute gameplay features locally on your device:
Haptic Feedback / Vibration: Used to vibrate your device briefly when a bomb is sliced (if supported by your device and enabled in settings). This capability runs entirely locally and does not transmit data.
All game statistics (including high scores, levels reached, combo records, and games played) are stored temporarily in your device's random-access memory (RAM).
We do not use local databases, files, or external servers to save progress.
Once the Game is closed or restarted, all session statistics are cleared.
No data is transmitted to us or any third party.
To protect your privacy, the Game does NOT integrate or use:
No Third-Party SDKs: (No Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar services).
No Advertising Networks: The Game is completely ad-free and contains no ad-tracking code.
No Database backends: (No SQLite, Hive, Isar, or SharedPreferences).
No Cloud storage: Your gameplay remains strictly on your offline device.
Because the Game collects no personal information, it is safe for all age groups, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone.
The Game runs entirely without an internet connection. It does not require Wi-Fi or cellular data permissions and does not connect to any servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
