• Purchases (yearly license or monthly subscription) are processed through Google Play Billing.

• Trial offers aren't charged if canceled before the trial period ends. After trial end, subscriptions automatically renew at the regular price.

• Subscriptions are managed securely through Google Play, where all prices, payment methods, and terms are fully localized for your region. Payment information is handled by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in the Google Play Store.

Advertisements

• The app uses Google Mobile Ads to display non-personalized ads. 

• Data collected through Google Mobile Ads may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes. Google may automatically collect certain technical data (such as IP address, advertising ID, ad interaction data, crash logs, and diagnostics) to measure ad performance, maintain service reliability, and protect against invalid activity.

• All data is anonymized and encrypted during transmission. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared by the app.
  
  

Target Audience

• The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. The content of the app itself (without rewarded ads) is suitable for all ages. The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display non-personalized, G-rated ads appropriate for users 13 and older. The app complies with Google Play Families policies and applicable privacy regulations (including COPPA and GDPR where relevant).

Device Permissions

The app requires certain permissions to function properly:

• INTERNET – required for in-app purchases,  ads, purchases, sending feedback forms and submitting app ratings

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – used to check network availability for ads, streaming, and in-app purchases. 

• WAKE_LOCK – keeps the device running and optionally the screen on, so that audio playback and other tasks can continue reliably even if the device would normally go to sleep. 

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE – allows certain background tasks, such as audio playback and timers, to run reliably even when the app is not in the foreground.

• BILLING – required for in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play.

• CHECK_LICENSE – verifies the app’s license with Google Play to prevent unauthorized usage or piracy.

• ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID –The app allows the Google Mobile Ads SDK to access the device’s Advertising ID to measure ad performance and analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared by the app itself, and all ads are served as non-personalized.
  
  

• ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION – allows the Google Mobile Ads SDK to verify ad attribution for reward tracking (e.g., confirming that a rewarded ad was watched). No personally identifiable information is collected or shared by the app.

• com.ambientvibe.app.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION – internal permission for app-specific background receivers. This permission is automatically generated by Android build tools to protect internal dynamic receivers and is not used by the app.”

• The license is linked to your Google account and cannot be transferred or shared.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed through Google Play unless canceled before the renewal date.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.

• The license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not share, resell, or distribute access to the app or its premium content.

• Access to premium features is maintained only while a valid license or subscription is active.

• Features, pricing, and subscription terms may change within the framework of Google Play’s policies.

• The developer is not responsible for service interruptions, device incompatibility, or data loss resulting from third-party updates or user modifications.

• In cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, the developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.

Payment & Refunds

• All purchases are processed via Google Play Billing.

• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to Google Play policies.

• All purchases, including one-time licenses and subscriptions, are processed via Google Play Billing.

•  Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Certain content can be unlocked temporarily for the current session by watching rewarded ads.

• All premium content and features are accessible without limitations for the duration of a valid subscription or license. 

• Premium access provides the following benefits:

• Unlimited access to all audio and visual content.

• Offline use, allowing users to enjoy the app without an internet connection.

• Full access to advanced features, including custom playlists, session timers, and high-quality audio playback.

• All content is intended for personal, non-commercial use, and may be updated or expanded over time to provide new experiences and maintain quality. 

• This app contains pre-generated AI content. All text was generated once offline during development, reviewed by the developer, and packaged with the app. The text is converted into audio using text-to-speech (TTS) technology. The app does not include any AI models or dynamic content generation at runtime.

• The audio, video, and timer features provided by this app are intended for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Users experiencing health concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional. The developer is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of the app.

• This app is intended for personal relaxation and entertainment. Do not use the app while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention, as this could result in injury or accidents. Users are responsible for ensuring their own safety while using the app. 

• The app may display third-party advertisements. The developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims of any ads, and users interact with ads at their own discretion. 

• The app is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
