Zero to Hero: Film Appreciation
and Post-screening Talk
Even if you start at a disadvantage, you can still be first across the finish line.
From Zero to Hero is an upbeat and inspiring movie based on the true story of a Hong Kong’s twelve-time Paralympic medalist, Mr. Wa-Wai SO. Through intensive training and great perseverance, he overcame his physical limitations and achieved success. Apart from his is own tireless effort, the strong bonding with his mother is the cornerstone that contributed to his success, and is one of the riveting and major highlights of the movie. After the film appreciation, we are honored to have the director of the movie, Mr. Jimmy WAN, to deliver a post-screening talk to share the experiences and challenges that he faced during film shooting and how he managed to surmount them eventually. Please stay tuned!
