About us

Frisco's trains is a website started up in July of 2024 by Fred Thurmond as well as his co. Modeler Steve Kushner. here on the site steam locomotives from all over the United States from the large city terminals of the northeast to the coastal lines of the west can be found. our mission here at Frisco's trains is to provide quality (steam) Locomotives. the main inspiration for this site is when Fred Thurmond saw that most of the RO Scale models readily available were either out of date or just straight up poorly built. we are only making sure that you don't have to scroll for hours on the Roblox studio toolbox to find good models. in late 2025 Levi Lacey of Royal Blue Development studios joined the team as our main rolling stock builder. and that's pretty much it. we hope you have fun with our products. Sincerely, Fred H. Thurmond.
