1. When commissioning, Please dm or contact me in any way. Because before I make your commission, I will send you a message saying that your commission is accepted or declined. If I said that your commission is accepted, you can go ahead and continue to pay me.

You have to Dm me for a commission. Message me the commission type you want to buy, additional (optional), and then attach some preferences of your character/ocs. If you're not using preferences, you have to describe your characters, oc, and add ons clearly, because if you don't I won't be able to capture the character/oc/add ons properly. After you do all the process above, I will start working on your commission and sending you my WIPs. Please let me know if you want changes.

2. Refunds

You are not allowed to ask for a refund once I started working on the commission. If I haven't started your commission, you can receive a full refund. Or If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

Each payment can be refunded differently based on the payment method that you choose to pay me with (example if you chose robux then I will send it through group funds and so on).

3. I accept payments such as DeviantArt points and real money either USD or IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and can be paid through Nitro, Fiverr, DeviantArt, or Robux.

Commissions CAN'T be paid before I accept your commission. Don't send me any payment before I give you a slot and accept your commission.

Real money payments are only accepted through DeviantArt with the withdrawal system because I'm a minor and I don't actually have a Paypal account.

4. I usually open 3 - 5 slots. I will also notify people when my commission is open or closed. Once the slots are full, I cannot make you an extra slot. I will also be attaching my available slots on my homepage.

5. If your commission is finished, I will give you my watermarked version. Do not alter/remove my watermark without my permission. If you want to alter your commission/remove the watermark, please contact me. If your watermark is removed, you must at least credit me in other ways. I have all the right to give copyright to my works. Altering it without my permission will result in a Blacklist.

6. Please only use my art for personal use unless you paid for commercial purposes. The process for this commission will be more complicated So you are free to remove my watermark. Additional fees for commercial purposes will charged.

7. I have to make this due to lack of communication with the past clients. If you do want additions, changes, or details, or other payment methods Please tell me. I don't bite. Giving me references/moodboards is really important as well because If you don't do so I won't know what you want. Moodboards/ aesthetic boards are really appreciated as well.

I will not take any of your personal info. Any personal info will be ignored and kept private for your safety, or possibly deleted immediately.

8. Other rules:

I will start with a few rules:

- Don't rush me. It will take a few days to finish your commission.

- You must pay first before I make your commission

- If you are commissioning for NSFW, heavy gore, or other stuff that breaks my ToS I will decline it.

- you CAN'T cancel your commission after I'm working on it.

- I have all the right to decline, refund, and blacklist your commission anytime.

- All commission copyrights belong to me (Frilllzy).
