The Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed (FOMCW) is a community organization whose mission is to protect, conserve, and restore Marsh Creek and its tributaries, and to inspire appreciation and conservation of the Marsh Creek Watershed.
Join us and help restore wetlands!
The Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed (FOMCW) work to raise awareness in the community about the value of Marsh Creek and its watershed. We welcome folks with different interests and expertise to help protect, preserve and celebrate the wonderful natural features of our community.
FOMCW is active throughout the community. We have established native gardens and cleanups. We participate in and conduct water monitoring programs. We serve on advisory committees and provide input to city, county, state and federal agencies. We support education in the schools and provide opportunities for all in the community to learn more about the local watershed. We continue to look for other opportunities to reach out to the community and invite YOU to join us!
