2020-22 Principal Investigator of Quality Education Fund (QEF) from HK Education Bureau (EDB) for "Active Learning Pedagogies and Mobile Applications in Secondary School Math Education" which was awarded HK$2.264 million

2017-20 Principal Investigator of HK University Grants Committee (UGC) Triennium Fund for T&L entitled "Developing Active Learning Pedagogies and Mobile Applications in University STEM Education", awarded HK$15 million= CAD$2.5 million) and has won 10 international educational awards.
