Organism(s) mostly colorless & transparent, with some muted colors (greyish-brown, mainly). Intestine, stomach, eggs, or other anatomical structures may be visible within the body. Motile; movement may be powered either by antennae or cilia. May have paired jointed appendages (antennae, legs). Posterior region may be tapered and forked, forming a foot-like structure.
Organism(s) (usually) colorless; may contain variously colored inclusions; may be surrounded by a colorless or orange-brown outer covering. Cilia may be present, either localized to a certain region or over the entire surface of the organism. Motile; movement facilitated by cilia, flagella, or pseudopodia.
Cilia: Short, hairlike structures projecting from the surface of some eukaryotic cells, including many non-photosynthetic protists. Shorter than flagella, and present in greater numbers than flagella.
Pseudopodia: motile projections of the cell surface. May be blunt and finger-like, or thin and thread-like.
