Apartment & Home Cleanings

(Weekly/Bi-Weekly/every 3 weeks

This is a general cleaning that includes the outside of all appliances and cupboards, counters, floors, dusting, vacuuming, mirrors, outside of tub, inside and outside of toilet.

Deep Cleaning

Includes a deep cleaning of all bathrooms, inside and outside of tub and toilet, underneath Refrigerator and inside of oven, counters, floors, vacuuming, dusting & Windows. Customer will receive copy of Deep-Cleaning Checklist upon completion. Recommended to have Deep-Cleaning at least 2xs per year.

Move-in/Move-Out Cleanings

Includes entire house/apartment* Inside and outside of all appliances, underneath all appliances, inside and outside of all cupboards, baseboards, windows, fan blades, cob-webs, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of all hard floor surfaces. Customer will receive copy of Deep-Cleaning Checklist upon completion.

Office Cleanings/Salon Cleanings

Trash removal, dusting, cleaning of entry way(s), windows, bathroom; Toilet, sink and mirrors, kitchen,

vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.

Cabin Cleaning

Includes inside/outside of all appliances and cupboards, counters, dishes, floors, dusting, vacuuming, complete bathroom cleaning, making beds which Includes changing linens.

Laundry Services

$5/per load (wash/dry/fold)

**Laundry is folded and placed neatly in basket or on beds, we do not put away laundry in homeowners drawers.

Construction Clean-up

$35 an hour**
