This privacy policy applies to the Freshloly – Grocery & Lists app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Dvvlogi (collectively, the "Application"). Dvvlogi is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data you enter — your grocery list names, the items you add (names and quantities), any notes you write for a list, and your light/dark mode preference — is stored only in your device's local storage and is used solely to run the Application on your device. The Service Provider has no access to any of it. The Application does not collect:
Your device's Internet Protocol address
Usage data, such as the screens you visit or the time spent in the Application
Device or operating system identifiers
Your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use cookies, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, pixels, or any similar tracking technologies. No consent for tracking is requested because no tracking takes place.
Your Rights
Because all data is stored solely on your device, you have direct and complete control over it at all times: you can edit or delete any list, item, or note at any time from within the Application, and you can change your light/dark mode preference whenever you like. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Application collects no personal information, sells no personal information, and shares no personal information, so these rights are satisfied by design. The Service Provider does not send marketing communications and has no means of contacting you, as no contact information is ever collected.
Third Party Access
No user data is transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party. The Application makes no network requests of any kind: every resource it uses, including its typeface, is bundled inside the Application itself and loads directly from your device.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider does not transfer personal data internationally, because it never receives your data in the first place. Your data remains on your device, in your country, under your control.

Please note that the Application is distributed through third-party services that have their own privacy policies about handling data:

Legal Requests
The Service Provider holds no User Provided or Automatically Collected Information, and therefore has nothing to disclose in response to legal process, government requests, or otherwise.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of the Application and remove all of its data by uninstalling it. Because nothing is ever transmitted off your device, uninstalling the Application permanently deletes every list, item, and note it created. No copies exist anywhere else.
Data Retention Policy
All data is retained only on your device and only for as long as you choose:
User Provided Data (your list names, items, quantities, and notes): stored in the Application's local storage on your device, retained until you delete the item, list, or note yourself, or until you uninstall the Application
Your light/dark mode preference: retained locally until you change it or uninstall the Application
Automatically Collected Data: none is collected
Server-side data: none exists
No request to the Service Provider is needed to delete your data. Deleting a list, item, or note, or uninstalling the Application, is immediate and complete.
Children
The Application does not knowingly solicit or collect data from anyone, including children, and does not market to children. Because no personal information is collected from any user, no personal information can be collected from a child. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your data never leaves your device, which is itself the strongest safeguard available: it is protected by your device's own security measures (such as your screen lock and device encryption) and is never exposed to servers, networks, or third parties.
Data Breach Notification
The Service Provider holds no user data on any server, so a breach of user data held by the Service Provider cannot occur. Should the Application ever begin processing personal data in the future, the Service Provider will notify affected users of any breach in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Since the Application performs no data collection or processing requiring consent, no further opt-in is requested. Should that ever change, consent will be requested before any new processing takes effect.
