3/11 University of Washington Rally
Our colleagues at the University of Washington–Xiyue Wang's alma mater–organized a rally on Monday, March 11th to call attention to his situation and press the U.S. government to take more decisive action and prioritize his release.
In her statement, UW President Ana Mari Cauce wrote, "When academic freedom is made the prisoner to politics, everyone, everyone loses." We thank the International Human Rights Clinic at the University of Washington School of Law for their continued hard work.
